Requirements & Policies

The essentials before you book. Full legal terms are in our Rental Agreement.

Minimum age

Renters must be at least 21 years old with a valid, unexpired driver's license.

Insurance

Renters carry primary auto insurance. You may also obtain optional third-party insurance — if you decline, you accept full responsibility and liability for the vehicle (see the Rental Agreement).

Security deposit

A refundable deposit is collected at booking and returned within 5 business days after return, less any amounts owed.

Mileage

Each rental includes a mileage allowance; miles beyond it are billed at the per-mile overage rate for that vehicle.

Fuel

Return the vehicle at the same fuel level. Returns with less fuel incur the shortfall plus a $25 refueling fee.

No smoking

Smoking or vaping in the vehicle results in a $250 cleaning fee.

Late returns

A short grace period applies; after that, tiered late fees apply, up to a full extra rental day.

Out of state

Taking the vehicle outside Oklahoma requires prior written approval and a $150 out-of-state fee.

Authorized driver

Only the renter on the agreement may drive unless we approve an additional driver in writing.
