These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://elitecarplug.com (the "Site") and the rental services of Elite Car Plug Rental ("Elite Car Plug," "we," "us"). By using the Site or booking a vehicle, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, and at least 21 with a valid, unexpired driver's license and acceptable insurance to rent a vehicle. Additional booking requirements are confirmed before any vehicle is released.

2. Bookings, Pricing & Availability

Content on the Site is for general information only. All vehicles, rates, mileage allowances, fees, and offers are subject to availability and to change, and are confirmed at the time of booking. We are not liable for typographical or pricing errors and may correct them at any time. A reservation is not guaranteed until confirmed.

3. The Rental Agreement Controls

Every rental is governed by our Vehicle Rental Agreement, which is presented and signed before a vehicle is released. If these Terms and the Rental Agreement conflict regarding a rental, the Rental Agreement controls.

4. Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it by automated means without permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose. The Site, its content, logos, and branding are the property of Elite Car Plug Rental and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

5. Third-Party Services

Booking and certain features are provided through third-party platforms. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites linked from the Site.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Car Plug Rental and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the related transaction. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Car Plug Rental from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or county courts located in Oklahoma.
